Subject: BACK ROYALTIES FOR WRITERS!

I am an Artist on this site. I also collect royalties for writers who are not being paid, and I rescind copyrights. The statute of limitations to collect back royalties is 7 years. (You can collect anyway if you can back up your claim and you can afford to go to court) This is a terrible catch 22 for writers. If the publisher doesn't pay the writer for his/her work, how can a writer afford to hire an attorney to go after them? By the time they can do something about it the law says its too late to collect. I am trying to get a bill passed by Congress to change this.
